- Strive Academy is a unique girls program based in Hong Kong, established with the goal of sending girls from Hong Kong onto scholarships in the USA.
- Until Strive started, not a single player from Hong Kong had received a scholarship to play at any level of female college basketball in the US.
- Now Strive Academy has a number of girls playing within their program and send their first player on a full scholarship to the US in the 21/22 season (Yannie Chan).
